“Heart” @ Simone DeSousa Gallery

Thanks to all that came out on Saturday for the opening at Simone DeSousa Gallery – it meant a lot for me to see your faces and talk to you for approximately 1.5 minutes each before being distracted. Truly.

If you didn’t make it to the opening, never fear – the show will be up and running in the EDITION space through February 26, so you have ample opportunity to check it out before it closes.

BUT if you can’t make it, and would still like to see some highlights, there’s an image gallery here, with some fantastic images, courtesy of the inimitable P.D. Rearick. It doesn’t capture all of the installation elements (although there should be a second image gallery to follow), but it will give you an idea. Also, I’m told there’s going to be an artist talk, so maybe I’ll see you there, while I try to use my head to talk about things I make mostly with my heart and my hands.
